We consider it a distinct honor to have been chosen by the National Football League to furnish fourteen Texas Longhorn steers, one Brahman bull clone and armadillos for Armadillo Races. The event was held at Reliant Center, Houston, at the NFL Super Bowl “Tailgate” Party prior to the Super Bowl XXXVIII. These animals were selected from untold numbers because of their appearance and good manners, and were exhibited for some 10,000 persons at the event, and on national TV. They were sat on or handled by prominent CBS sportscasters including Jim Nantz, Deion Sanders, Boomer Esiason and Dan Marino. Ralph, Sandra and fourteen employees were needed to exhibit all the animals safely and at their best.
