FIREANT: HEALTHY (FLUNKED PHOTO SCHOOL)
Asking $2,000
This steer is really something. Bred out of famous Maudeen Marks’ Texas Longhorns. His name is Fireant, and has a name to match his attitude. We tried repeatedly to saddle break him and only managed to halter break him and sit on him under saddle. Only very special and quiet steers can be used by us and he will never be calm enough for that, but his high, wide horns and color make him one of a kind as a "front pasture" steer and will win any show. I have never seen the color pattern he has, white with red and black spots all over. He is now in pasture near Houston, but could be delivered to you for $2,000 plus fuel.

APACHE: HEALTHY (FLUNKED PHOTO SCHOOL)
Asking $2,000
This is a black & white steer named Apache, about 8 yrs old, with distinct color and excellent "flat", long 7-1/2' horns tip to tip. He will make a terrific front pasture steer. He would cost $2000. Is halter broke and has been used for some photos but just has not had enough time in training, as I frankly let him pass because I had too many steers and not enough time.
